Day One
SANTA ROSA, CA - As you might expect, much of what you see here is only the tip of the iceberg. For example, even as I type this for you there is a raging debate going on in our "Editorial Standards" private conference on The River. You've probably noticed that The River is where we keep our backup, a mirror site. It is also where the posse producing this site keep a private conference board to discuss issues relative to what you'll see and experience over time. For the past two weeks, most of our focus has been on whether G21 joins the herd in reporting on the White House scandal.

JEFF WINBUSH, of our BARE KNUCKLES feature, has been a most eloquent advocate for opening up our approach toward this story. Meanwhile, Yours Unruly, whose toystore this is, has carried the standard against doing Penisgate for many of the same reasons G21 never published a word about the O.J. Simpson trial.

Should G21 begin Monicagate coverage?

As a 'Net publisher and writer of long-standing, Yours Unruly would like to believe he has his pulse on the desires of the readers of this magazine. But if that were *entirely true* we would be getting many more visits, and our advertisers would be smiling and mailing checks.
