Don't YOU ever wonder why so many Blogs are bull and doring? I know I do. You expect to find the same thing every day. How un-creative! I'd like to visit a Blog where I could expect the unexpected. So I decided to create one. Women need their eye candy too and I don't know a woman who doesn't like Johnny. EYE CANDY OF THE WEEK
Johnny Depp
ABOUT ME July, 2007 Archives August 7 & 8, 2007 August 10, 2007 August 17, 2007 August 23 -27, 2007 This Web Blog was haphazardly produced without using Spell Check one danged time. We like it that way. ESOTERICA: In the coming weeks, expect our partnership with CinemActivist.com to provide you with reviews of great documentaries from Cinema Libre Studio, PBS, the History Channel, the Visioneerng Group and Working Films that provide you knowledge and move you toward activism. Just so you know.

G21: Lightning StrikesRod Amis's Personal BlogTo read this article in Deutsch, Francaise, Italiano, Portuguese, Espanol, Korean, Japanese, Dutch, Greek, Chinese and Russian, copy and paste the complete URL ("http://www.g21.net/ls/index082930.html") and enter it in the box after you click through. 30 August, 2007: Jamie Menutis comes back to provide a look at New Orleans on the second anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. It's worth a look. Check it out under "Guest Bloggers" link above. I'm going silent for this entry. I think I have said enough about the city I have lost. 29 August 2007: Mittwoch is the way we would say today auf Deutsch, one of the few languages I bothered to learn. If I had been smart as a child, I would have learned a Romance language. I highly regret not learning Spanish, for example. But this is also known as the "hump day." If you made it to Wednesday at your Day Job you figure it's now all down hill. That is the worker mentality. For the more jocular among us, Thursday (Donnerstag) is the beginning of the weekend. I certainly don't regret the smattering of Arabic I learned on the streets of Egypt, el hamdu' Allah, because it's a language that we Americans need to know more of, thanks to Mr. Bush. I got a huge thrill out of watching Miss Teen South Carolina in the pageant recently, as I'm sure you did. What a commendable example of the brilliance of my fellow countrywomen! I'm thrilled, chuffed, overwhelmed and thankful. This week everyone is playing it by ear. Nobody is really going to do any serious work on Friday because they are anticipating the fun, games, barbecues they will enjoy for Labor Day weekend. Why is it that holidays don't matter to Yours Unruly? I'll work through this one as I have through all the others. I can't help but think, though, Wouldn't it be nice if Labor Day were actually a celebration of the labor we do for the good of our communities? My dear friend JAMIE MENUTIS, from New Orleans, returns as a Guest Blogger this week to report on a recent summit held by Senator Landrieu in the Crescent City that was attended by Senator HIllary Clinton and her fellow Democratic presidential candidate former Senator John Edwards. I recommend that you take a look by clicking the "Guest Bloggers" link at the top of the page. Is Gonzo (Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez) really gone? Am I supposed to believe this? Like, am I supposed to believe that Karl Rove is really gone? Come on! I think this is a ruse. IF I believed that both Gonzo and Karl were suddenly crawling down the moorings lines, then I'd also believe that Dick Cheney would suddenly give up all his undisclosed locations. Call me a conspiracy theorist if you want but here I my thoughts: this is Boy George just giving a couple of pa lliatives to a country quickly moving to the left by taking away a couple of his more notable moving targets from center stage. That don't mean they aren't still playing a tune in the background, mezzo piano. If I was Mike Chertoff, I'd be wondering when I was also asked to step off stage and let some other creepy bozo - who most people knew little about but was also a friend of Boy George - be the front man. Meanwhile, how 'bout them Democrats? BIG NEWS! You can now and henceforth find all of the G21 PODCASTS over at Blip.tv. Just click on the link http://blip.tv/users/view/g21guy and you can download to your iTunes or iPod and hear some of the thought leaders for this new century that I mean to bring to you. It will be updated with new episodes regularly, as you must know. You're welcome. Yeah... an anniversary of sorts IF you lived in New Orleans. I talk to my friends every day who have managed to move back. Frack the rest of y'all. One day, in a better world, this won't happen again. One day, in a better world, I might have a good time in New Orleans. End of story. Here's your music vid for this post: Cheers! RAKeep me in your prayers as I keep you in my own. Thanks for visiting. "Work like you don't need the money, "Love like you've never been hurt, "Dance like no one is watching ... " Talk to you in a day or so. Be well. Leave a Comment
