Now Higher Octave has attached its imprimatur on guitarist Govi , a veteran of the "new age" music marketplace. "Andalusian Nights" draws on the traditions of music from the region but offers a modernistic (read: accessible) rendering to his songs. Perfect for play in coffeehouse environments and for whisking one away to relaxation-inducing settings. Simple, clean and pleasant music deserving repeat plays but not quite setting the mark that Libert had and certainly no more the traditionalist.
