Meanwhile, the Republicans in our own USA Congress tells us that we don't wannah sign the Non-Proliferation or Comprehensive Test Ban Treaties because we are more focused on putting up an already-discredited "Star Wars" Anti-Ballistic Missile (ABM) system that most scientists say just won't work. Am I missing something here? Or do I smell pork?
I was brought up to believe that the Nuclear Threat was something for old guys to talk about. It wasn't something that had to do with me, because Glastnost and the fall of the Berlin Wall meant the Commies was out of the picture.
